Fall Snicker Salad

It’s that time of year again! The apples are falling from the trees and the world is turning into one big pumpkin spice latte. To celebrate, let’s make a recipe with apples!

Personally, I’m going to have to race my pot belly pig to our apple trees if I want to do any more apple projects. As soon as those juicy fruits hit the grass, she’s on top of them like a moth to a flame. So let’s get started!

First off, you’re going to need:

2 8-ounce containers of Cream Cheese, softened
1-4 Granny Smith Apples
1 cup French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
5-10 small Snicker’s Candy Bars
Caramel topping

To begin, place all of your cream cheese into a small to medium sized mixer. Stir until it softens up, no matter how many times it gets caught up in the beaters.

Next, add your coffee creamer about a tablespoon at a time. I accidentally grabbed powder instead of liquid, so I simply added two tablespoons of milk to even it out. Make sure you don’t dump the whole cup of creamer in at the same time - it will clump pretty bad, no matter how much you beat it.

After your cream cheese is creamy, add in the apples. You want to makes sure you cut them up pretty well, to whatever you consider to be bite-sized.

When the apples are added, all that’s left is to cut up your Snicker’s and drizzle the caramel over the top. You now have a delicious Snickerdoodle Salad recipe to share with your fall-obsessed friends. Enjoy!
