As the autumn weather falls upon us, apples are perfectly ripe. I thought it was time for a nice apple dessert. I wanted to find something that was new but there are so many apple recipes out there that none really looked original, plus I wanted something that wouldn’t be boring. So when I found this fun project on blommi.com I had to give it a try.
The first step is to get your supplies together. What you will need is as follows; desired amount of apples, peanut butter, mini marshmallows, and an apple corer and divider is helpful.
Next, you are going to core and slice the apples, make sure you have an even number of slices.
Once all your apples are cut and cored, you can spread peanut butter on one side of two halves, and repeat with all of your slices. If your slices are too thick cut them in half.
When all of your apple slices are lathered with peanut butter, you can add a line of marshmallows across one slice. Then squish the other slice onto the marshmallows until they stick, and then you have yourself a fun mouth full of smiles.
