Wall Mounted Bottle Cap Opener
Here is a nice piece that you can mount on your wall or have at your cabin. I thought it would be a nice gift I could give my uncle.
Tools and Supplies
- About three feet of 3/4" x 4 to 5" oak wood
- Power drill
- Table saw
- 10 1 3/8" screws
- Mountable bottle cap opener(should include screws)
- Tape measure
First check the width of the plank, if it is not already at 4" adjust
your table saw to the desired measurement.
Now mark the length of the plank to 12". This is the back piece.
Now cut 3 more inches of the remaining plank. This is the front piece.
Cut another 2" piece of the remainder. This is the bottom.
Now cut two 2" x 2" squares off the remainder. These are the sides.
Now mark dots to where you will put the screws.
(back)
Drill with a ⅜ drill bit, then you can screw everything in place.
Mark a a vertical line on the 2 in mark, and drill holes to place the screws
