The gooey chocolate chips dance on the tip of your taste buds begging for more. You eat another and another, your mouth is exploding with flavors and the cookie is melting fresh out of the oven.

What you will need:
- 3/4 c. Crisco Shortening
- 1 1/4 C. Light Brown Sugar
- 2 TBsp. Milk
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 C. All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 3/4 tsp. Baking Soda
- Chocolate Chips ( as many as you would like )
Directions:
- Preheat to 375 degrees.
- Beat the shortening, brown sugar, milk and vanilla together in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat in 1 egg.
- Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
- Mix in shortening mixture until just blended.
- Mix in the chocolate chip with a spoon.
- Drop the cookies a least 3 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden color, let cool for 2 minutes.
