- Two - three tomatoes
- 1 cup Parsley
- Lemon juice
Peel cucumbers.
Cut cucumbers in half.
Scoop out seeds.
Dice cucumbers.
Slice tomatoes.
Dice tomatoes.
Chop parsley.
Add lemon juice.
Drizzle oil to taste.
Mix all ingredients.
