It´s Strawberrylicious!

Looking for a fun and fast dessert to make for a snack? Well, chocolate dipped strawberries are a delicious snack that is quick and easy. I'll be showing you a quick way how to make them and spice it up with a fall look!

Supply List:
  1. 2 cups of medium-large strawberries (18-20)
  2. ½ cup of  Chocolate Chips
  3. 1 teaspoon of shortening
  4. Sheet of wax paper

Step 1: Gather all of your ingredients together. Rinse off the strawberries and let them dry completely.

Step 2:  Use a small saucepan to melt your chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of shortening . Set the heat on low and stir it often so that the chocolate chips will melt evenly. Once it is all smooth looking and completely melted remove from the heat.

Step 3: Take a strawberry and place it's lower half into the melted chocolate. Let the excess drip back into the saucepan and set it on the wax sheet to put on the sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.

Step 4:  Place the strawberries into the fridge for about 2 hours and let them harden.

Making the strawberries was fun and easy! A little advice, when you make this have a spoon handy. That will help shape the chocolate onto the strawberry. Other than that, the project is easy and tastes good after all the work!  I hope you liked this fast and
easy recipe. Enjoy!
