No Bake Energy Bites





Ingredients:
  • 1 cup (dry) oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1sp vanilla extract



So healthy! So easy! And so yummy! If you aren’t a morning person like us, a fancy but delicious breakfast could be hard to fit into your morning routine. Let’s say you are running late and still need to get the most important meal in for the day, you can make these, easy but nutritional, energy bites the night before. Then simply bag a few to carry along for the day to still get your boost.


To catch a bit of nutrition begin by gathering your ingredients.


The next step is to measure out each ingredient by what the recipe says. Then mix up simply with a spoon. Then put your mixture into the fridge for 30 minutes.

When 30 minutes are up you can then start forming the mixture into balls.
Any size works, but we made ours about an inch and a half wide.

Now your delicious, nutritious, and easy breakfast energy bites are complete!
