We are two guys that love food and football. So for our project we decided to make a fall themed cookbook. Categories we just chose two fall themes but you can choose as many as you would like. Keep scrolling down to get a taste of awesome!
Their are some basic steps to make this cookbook and the materials you need will include:
- 3 Ring Binder or a diary/journal or notebook/flashcards
- Paper, use a computer if you want to type the recipes.
- Whatever recipes you want to use.
- Optional: Tabs to organize it easier.
Step 1.
-Pick the theme for your cookbook. We chose a fall theme because that was our favorite, but you can choose whatever theme you like.
Step 2.
-For our first step we looked for recipes. We looked through a lot of different cookbooks and picked out the ones that we liked the best. You can do whichever recipes you like.
-Choose your paper. If it isn't going to be too easily protected you might want to use a paper that would be easy to wipe off spills. We just went with regular printer paper because ours is in a 3 ring binder and is pretty well protected.
Step 4.
-Add pictures to the recipes if you want. A neat idea would be to make each recipe yourself and take pictures and put them next to the recipe!
Step 5.
-Decorate each page to make it more personal. We didn't decorate ours, but you can add any personalizations that you want.
Step 6.
-Put any finishing touches you want to the cookbook.
As you can see it is pretty simple to make a cookbook, so you can easily do this at home! We hope you enjoyed reading this and that it was very helpful to you!
